living FREE from the carnal mind - pt.2

The big question we are left with: HOW can we BE FREE from the carnal mind? It will be necessary to look at some important points taken from a few verses to begin with...from KJV translation.

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

James 4:1-7

1 Peter 4:11-19; 5:5-11

These all talk about getting a victory from the carnal mind. To Live the abundant Life as a Saint.

• We war after the spiritual, not the flesh (earthsuit)

• The weapons of our warfare are of God

• Weapons to pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ

• God gives His Grace (His working) to those who are humble

• God is the One Who resists the devil for us

• Stop being double-souled, double-minded

• Speak only the Word of God

• Let God do His Spiritual work

• Rejoice in being reproached for the Spirit of glory

• Rejoice in God's Power resting upon you

• Don't be ashamed at any suffering as a Saint

• and finally, those who suffer according to the will of God...commit the keeping of Holy Soul to God Who is faithful to set the captives FREE...will experience FREEDOM from the carnal mind

All things are possible with God. Including being FREE from the carnal mind. FREEDOM comes from being Spirit-filled.

The answer comes next: Living as Jesus Lived in His earthsuit while here on this terra-firma.
