The 4 Lives of a Saint - pt. 3, Grace Life

The GRACE Life is speaking of all that God DOES. The Greek, charis, means of manner, or act. Spiritually, the divine influence on the heart. The heart is the sum of the working of the 3 parts of the soul (mind, emotions, & will). The Holy Soul for God’s working. Therefore, it is God through His Holy Heart that gives us His Grace, His DOING.

All that God does for His Saints is a gift. A gift is given via unmerited favor. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a gift. But unmerited favor is a nebulous idea for a definition of God doing, God working. There is no value in thinking the Grace of God is simply unmerited favor. What has God given that isn’t an unmerited favor. But speaking as the Grace of God as His doing or His working identifies Who and the What follows.

Ex: salvation is a work of God, not of us. (Ephesians 2:8-9). It is His Grace doing the saving.

Ex: what we are spiritually. (1 Corinthians 15:10). We are Spiritually what we are by the Grace of God.

Ex: any provision of God. (2 Corinthians 12:9). God providing whatever we need in any circumstance we find ourselves.

God’s doing, God’s working is always sufficient.
