The Fruit of God's Sound Mind - pt. 1

2 Timothy 1:7, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

For the 3rd time I mention, we must notice immediately that God has given us His Spirit, the Spirit of Power, and of Love, and of His Sound Mind. The manifestation of these is the Fruit of Holy Spirit.

The Fruit of God’s Sound Mind. This is one of my most favorite Fruit of Holy Spirit. His Sound Mind. To have the actual Spiritual Mind of God is monumental. To enjoy His thoughts is like ice cream on top of the cake.

Philippians 2:5 (Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus) is a parabolic example of the hidden mystery of Saints actually possessing THE Mind of God. His Mind is a part of His creation of the new Saint at Salvation. 1 Corinthians 2:16 tells us clearly, For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Any Saint who does not believe (trust and receive God’s Word) we actually possess THE Mind of God is simply living in the carnal mind of a Saint. And that is disastrous as far as ever knowing and truthfully understanding the things of the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 2:14). It is impossible to know Truth except in the Mind of God.
