The Glory of the Indwelling God

Look at Holy Spirit speaking through Paul:

Colossians 1:26-27 - Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Hope (Greek: elpis) in the New Testament is expecting to receive, or having confidence to receive.

Not a nebulous idea of hoping as in wishing to receive. What Spiritual hope do you have today? Thank God for His Hope.

Glory (Greek: doxa) is to give testimony, honor, worship, or praise.

Christ in you, dear Saint, IS Holy Spirit (God) in you. He is your HOPE of everything Spiritual. Revelation, understanding, Spiritual Life, and your testimony of experiencing God. We do well to embrace Holy Spirit IN us. Praise God! How are you experiencing God's Life?
