Romans 12:3, an awesome parabolic verse. “…according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.” A clear Truth that Scriptural Faith is OF God, not us. Faith is Fruit of Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22). An ultimate manifestation of the Life of God. When we read or hear Faith, we must think the ultimate manifestation of the Life of God.
What is “the measure of faith” God mentions?
Here, the Greek is: metron, a portion. Therefore, what is the portion of the Faith of God that every Saint has?
Every Saint has been given ALL of God at salvation. All of His Faith/Life that we could be given. Experiencing His Faith/Life depends on our believing/receiving Him (Truth), His Spiritual Life as our Spiritual Life.
What is the existence of God’s Life IN Saints IF He isn’t Lived? Experienced? Results in Spiritual reality? Habakkuk 2:4, the just shall live by his faith. Romans 1:17, the just shall live by faith (See the parable?). Saints who are Holy, Righteous, shall Live by His Faith/Life. We Live, but it isn’t us…it’s Him. 100% God, 0% us.
Our believing is not His Faith/Life. With our believing, God gifts us with His Faith/Life. The extent of the measure depends on how much we believe/receive of God.
