Whose Faith?

Galatians 2:20 - “…the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20 is a wonderful verse clearly identifying Scriptural Faith. This along with numerous verses that speak of Scriptural Faith being of Christ/God. Which gives us great Truth and great Power from God. His Faith instead of our faith. We believe, He gifts His Faith.

This is so important. Faith being OF God instead of us. His Faith, not our faith.

So many use the modern translations that almost always use faith IN Christ/God. 180* difference of the source. God vs us.

With God, 100% Faith and trustworthiness all the time. With us, huge variableness of beliefs and trustworthiness. That is why we see so many false ideas about faith expressed.

But, we must remember Galatians 5:22 is the verse that clearly tells us Scriptural Faith is OF God, Fruit of Holy Spirit, the ultimate manifestation of the Life of God.

How can we have God’s Faith/Life? BELIEVE GOD. When we believe what God has said in His parabolic wording of the Holy Scriptures, He gives us His Faith.

Do we believe Faith to be OF God or of us?
